I have been informed by the Attorney General, that Mr. Parious' discontent is not shared by the majority of his professional brethren, and I cannot refrain from saying that the general satisfaction and concurrence of the profession in the changes made, leave some doubt in my mind as to whether the charges now sanctioned are not higher than the general interest demands.
